材料:年糕、甜不辣(如果没有也无妨)、洋葱、胡萝卜、白菜、葱、韩式辣椒酱。

一般炒年糕不用油炒,是用水煮而成的。我改成先用油把洋葱、胡萝卜爆香。

洋葱、胡萝卜稍微爆香一下就好(別炒到熟),接着倒入适量的水,我的水量是一杯(年糕的量是一人份约20小条)
